We’re happy to announce the launch of new custom service packages for our clients. These packages will give you access to specialized personal support for all your site-related issues that are not included in the Metro Publishing support site.
We know that many questions and needs arise as your website grows and evolves. From third party apps to custom html and new training needs, it can be hard to find the right advice and specialist knowledge. Over the years we’ve worked with many clients to help them find the solutions they need, ensuring that their pathway to growth is as smooth as possible. In answer to the increasing demand for these services we want to ensure that all our clients have speedy access to specialized help in the areas they need.
Personal contact
With our new custom service packages you will have personal contact with a member of the Metro Publisher team. Whether it’s troubleshooting, custom training or implementing improvements to your site, a Metro Publisher specialist will guide you through what you need, saving you valuable time and helping you advance rapidly with your site.
Customized training
You can use your contracted hours for one-on-one customized training for members of your team. Simply choose what you need help with—from getting new team members up to speed, learning how to use new features and integrations, or just some refresher training on aspects of the platform that people have forgotten how to use.
Technical help
In addition to training, you may use your time for help with technical issues. Common issues that we assist clients with are:
- Custom HTML or Javascript
- Issues associated with ad servers (DFP and Broadstreet)
- Custom design
- Questions and troubleshooting of third party services
- Imports and exports of data

All requests are submitted through the Metro Publisher support site. If you have a support package, your request will come straight through to our custom packages team, who will personally respond to you. Depending on the issue and your needs we will either communicate with you through the normal support ticketing system or schedule a one-on-one call with you.
Package prices
We offer two different custom service packages:
1. Individual Projects – We offer individual services by request for defined “one-off” projects.
- $150/hour – billed on a per request basis
2. Recurring Service Package – Alternatively, you may opt for recurring quarterly billing at considerable savings. This is a great option for organizations who want the guaranteed “one-on-one” availability of our custom services team on an ongoing basis.
- $125/hour – 3 hrs per quarter ($375) automated quarterly billing
