Great news! Access to the Metro Publisher community portal and support site has just gotten easier. As of February 15, 2016 all users that you create with access to your Metro Publisher work site (Admins, Editors, Writers, and Designers) will now automatically have access to all support docs, videos, and ticketing system.
You will no longer be required to request access for your new users. And, existing users will automatically be upgraded as well. You do not have to do anything.
We expect this upgrade to be seamless. However, for users with multiple logins, you may discover that you have difficulty accessing your current or archived support tickets. If that is the case for you, please create a new support ticket and we'll take care of it.
